Application Process

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Great Yorkshire Show. Applications for 2027 will open in November 2026.

If you wish to be added to the 2027 trade stand mailing list, please complete and submit the form below.

CATERING CONCESSIONS WILL BE REVIEWED IN THE AUTUMN. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR CATERING APPLICATIONS.

  • Average spend per person (after entrance fee and food) £143.04

Existing exhibitors are those that had a stand booked direct with us at the 2026 show

Booking packs

Existing exhibitors who booked direct with us at the 2026 show will have their booking packs emailed to them in November. If the pack has not been received by the end of November, please contact Emma Donnelly or call 01423 546224.

Trade stand handbook

The existing exhibitor trade stand handbook for 2027 will be available to download in November 2026. This booklet includes electric and water order forms, details of ticket allocation, set-up and breakdown times, our rules and regulations, and health & safety information.

Change to stand location or size

Existing exhibitors looking to move stand positions or change stand size, should highlight this on their booking forms outlining preferences.
