Bring your School to the Great Yorkshire Show for a fabulously fun opportunity for children to learn more about food, farming and the countryside at England's Premier Agricultural Show.
These educational and action packed days feature everything that’s great about Yorkshire and each year around 6000 primary and secondary school children attend the Show and continue their learning outside of the classroom.
The educational importance of the event is in evidence across the showground, but particularly at The Discovery Zone, where having a go is what counts, with opportunities to “get involved” with lots of FREE interactive workshops.
We work with partners to deliver world class learning opportunities for young people aged 3 to 18 and these learning opportunities focus on food, farming, the environment and the magic of the great outdoors.
2017 brings new exhibitors to the mix and plans are underway to ensure this popular area retains its sparkle, ensuring that all ages are catered for.
